«His direct deposits are going straight to me (…) Do you think he’ll flip out when he finds out?» asked Jaynee on her TikTok, which was filled with comments criticizing her lack of transparency with her boyfriend.

On TikTok, you can find different profiles that target different niches through which you can learn about many people’s life stories. There are times when many of those influencers share details of their daily and intimate lives with their followers.

One of those influencers, known on the platform as Jaynee, went viral last time for talking about the relationship she has with her boyfriend, and how they organize themselves to be able to pay for the apartment they rent together.

However, according to information from Metro UK, the young woman caused controversy for one of her videos by accepting that she hid a small detail from her boyfriend, who offered to pay the rent. The young woman didn’t tell him that she actually owns the property.

Jaynee said that they’ve been renting together for almost a year, but all the money goes to her, since her boyfriend is unaware of that important fact.

The young woman bragged about this in a couple of seconds long video, in which she says, «So my man and I have been living at this place for a year now. He pays the rent and all major bills. Little does he know that I’m the landlord and I’ve owned this place for five years now. So, his direct deposits are going straight to me.»

Also, in the video’s caption Jaynee wrote, «Do you think he’ll flip when he finds out?»

Her post was filled with comments criticizing her actions, as many explained that she wasn’t being transparent with her boyfriend, and that she was cheating him and «using» him to benefit herself financially.

There were also others who thought that her actions weren’t so terrible, since being a property owner there are usually expenses that are included, such as mortgage and taxes, so Jaynee’s boyfriend’s money wouldn’t be directed entirely, according to users, to her.
