Madonna 🎤 did not come out alone. When MetLife Stadium filled with smoke and lights for the halftime show of the 2026 World Cup final, the Queen of Pop appeared flanked by two absolute icons of Brazilian soccer: Ronaldinho Gaúcho and Ronaldo Nazario ⚽.
Together they walked toward the center of the stage while she sang “Music”, her timeless classic. The production, directed by Chris Martin of Coldplay, sought to emulate the Super Bowl style that FIFA wanted to bring to this edition, with Justin Bieber, BTS, and Shakira also on the artist lineup.
