Sometimes life finds surprising ways to come full circle.
Colombian influencer Danniela Duque shared two photographs taken 20 years apart that moved thousands of people on social media.
In the first image, she appears as just a 10-year-old girl, carefully holding her two twin siblings. At that time, she was simply a proud sister, never imagining that decades later she would experience an almost identical scene.
The second photograph shows Danniela now as a mother, holding her own twin baby girls in her arms, recreating almost the same pose as in that image from her childhood.
The photographs quickly went viral because of the incredible resemblance between the two scenes. Many users commented that it seemed as though time had come full circle and that the story now simply had new protagonists.
“When I saw the two photos together, I realized that life has very beautiful ways of surprising us”, wrote the influencer.
Beyond the coincidence, the images ended up becoming a tender reminder of how some family stories can repeat themselves… one generation later.
