In mid-2024, Lari Areco, a 34-year-old Paraguayan mother, woke up one morning unable to move her arms or legs. 💔 She was initially diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, but that diagnosis was later ruled out, and to this day doctors have been unable to determine with certainty what disease is causing her loss of mobility.

She currently needs 24-hour care, uses a wheelchair, and faces constant pain and fatigue. She is now seeking to raise funds to travel to São Paulo, Brazil, where she hopes to undergo new tests that will lead to a more precise diagnosis. She also needs a power-assist device for her wheelchair, which could help her regain some of her independence. ❤️‍🩹
