Curtis Rogers is 7 years old and lives in Raleigh, North Carolina. When he saw that Rachel Chapman, the babysitter who has cared for him since he was a baby, had her graduation prom canceled because of COVID-19, he did not sit idly by.
He put on a tuxedo, set up a red carpet in the backyard, and decorated a table with Rachel’s favorite food, even with a personalized menu. To maintain social distancing, the two walked down the runway separated by exactly one pool noodle 🏊, and they danced that way too.
