A 1-year-and-6-month-old baby arrived alone at his mother’s workplace. He had left a daycare center in Braço do Norte, in Santa Catarina, Brazil, and walked about 50 meters, she told NSC TV.
He was not injured, but his mother filed a complaint. The Civil Police and municipal authorities opened investigations into what happened.
The cameras recorded his route: he fell while stepping up onto the sidewalk, got up, and kept going. When he arrived at the company, he knocked on the glass door. A secretary looked around to check whether anyone was with him, picked him up, and took him to his mom.
