Lyndsey Kelly changed her life after deciding she needed to regain her health and energy. According to UNILAD, the mother from Bolton, Greater Manchester, was 47 when her transformation became known and went from 191.8 pounds to 123 pounds, a loss of nearly 32 kilos.

Her routine was based on structure and repetition. She previously ate fast food, sandwiches, pastries, lasagna, chocolate, and drank alcohol on weekends. She then organized 5 nearly identical daily meals, with options such as oats with yogurt, chicken with rice, chicken wraps, ground beef with potatoes and vegetables, and sourdough bread with peanut butter.

In addition to changing her diet, she began training at 4 in the morning to fit around 12-hour workdays. Her consistency led her to compete in bodybuilding and place second at NABBA North West 2026.
