Her world came to a halt when unknown thieves stole her wheelchair from the family car.
Her mother, Vanesa Segarra, made a desperate plea: the chair is custom-made and costs more than $5,000—an amount they simply can’t afford to replace. “Without it, Lina has no life,” she said.
