It was shaped like a bat, with its body almost intact. The family took out their phone and recorded every second before panic took over the table. Minutes later, the youngest son began vomiting nonstop and ended up in the hospital, where he underwent urgent blood tests. The parents returned to the establishment with the remains in hand, but no one gave them a clear answer that same night.
Market inspectors arrived that afternoon and returned hours later to review everything more carefully. They sealed the object and the suspicious ingredients and sent them to a laboratory: so far, no one can confirm whether it really was a bat. Experts warn that these animals can carry serious diseases, although no diagnosis has yet been reported.
