An artist only wanted to share his art. He drew a portrait of Natanael Cano, sent it to him with all the excitement in the world, and waited for what anyone would expect: a like, a “thank you”, something.

What he received was complete silence and, to top it off, a block. No explanation, no context, no clue whatsoever about what went through the Mexican singer’s head when he saw the drawing. No one knows whether he loved it, thought it was really weird, or simply had a bad day with his phone in hand.

Since then, social media users have turned the portrait into a crime scene: they analyze it stroke by stroke, searching for clues, as if the drawn face were hiding the key to the mystery. The theories range from “sure he thought it looked too real” to “something about those eyes scared him”. The only thing confirmed is that the fan, with all his talent, ended up on the other side of the block. 🎨🚫
