Stuart Baldwin wasn’t expecting to find this: 421 tires illegally dumped on his land in England.
He could pay to get rid of them, or accept the problem as someone else’s mess. He chose something else. He checked the security cameras, identified the alleged culprit, and gave him a clear deadline: three days to remove them.

Three days passed, and the tires were still there. So he loaded all 421 onto a truck, took them to the man’s property, and dumped them in his front yard. It was all caught on video, and many people applauded his decision.

But Wigan Council also opened an investigation into what happened. And that’s the debate: was it vigilante justice, or did he go too far by returning the rubbish to the person who had allegedly dumped it?
