Silvina worked for 15 days at a nursing home in Mar del Plata two years ago. She was hired to clean, but due to a lack of staff she ended up bathing, treating wounds, and medicating the elderly residents without having any nursing knowledge.
What she saw made her resign. Only one diaper a day per patient, untreated pathogenic waste, poor food, and fewer caregivers than required by law.
