Somewhere in South Africa, a group of young people saw something they could not ignore: trophy hunters aiming at wild animals, not for survival or necessity, but for fun. Most adults would have looked the other way. They did not.
They stood up to the hunters and confronted them, armed with nothing but their determination. The scene seems straight out of a movie, but it really happened: the bravery of some minors managed to interrupt a practice that conservation organizations have been questioning for years in different regions of Africa.
It is hard to believe that young people managed to achieve what many laws do not fully accomplish. But there is the fact, reminding you that sometimes courage has no minimum age, and that defending what is right begins with deciding to do it.
