Wilmer Medina and Tomasa Rodríguez, from Concepción del Norte, Honduras, have a rather unusual arrangement as a couple: he chooses the boys’ names and she chooses the girls’ names. 😂 The result, eleven children later, is a family that looks like the starting lineup of a fantasy soccer team plus a reggaeton star.
The boys in the clan are named Messi Mbappé, Aldo Balotelli, and Diego Drogba. The newest arrival, born in February 2025, was named by Tomasa Karol G Medina Rodríguez, in honor of the Colombian singer. Wilmer, for his part, said without hesitation that he does not care what anyone thinks: he chooses the names and that’s that. 🙌
