This 23-year-old Colombian rapper and influencer decided to take a different path: in April, he had gold hooks implanted under the skin of his skull, linked together beneath the scalp, mimicking a metallic head of hair. He himself described it without filters on TikTok: “That hook has hooks and they’re all hooked into my skull, beneath my skin”. He calls it, humorously, his gold hair.
The video circulated quietly for months until it took off on social media at the end of August, racking up more than 23 thousand views and 600 comments divided between fascination and disbelief. While some asked whether it hurts to sleep, others simply couldn’t believe what they were seeing. His fame jumped from 100.000 to two million followers in a matter of days, and he was already anticipating what comes next: “I hope everyone doesn’t copy me now”.
