The 64-year-old actor, filming nearby at the time, showed up in person at Big Star Sandwich Company and used his booming Taken voice to ask: “Where is my free sandwich?”. The staff, according to local media, were completely shocked—the same look you would have if your marketing joke showed up in the flesh.
That said, he saved the movie’s most famous line, “I will find you and I will eat you”; no one said it, but everyone thought it. Neeson did not even stay to eat: he posed for photos with the team and headed straight back to the set, leaving the sandwich (and the anecdote) served up on a platter. 🎬
