Members of the Búsqueda de Baja California collective were meticulously inspecting the cavities that support Tijuana’s elevated viaduct, a place that at first glance would not arouse suspicion. There, behind a concrete base built to support the infrastructure, they found a lifeless body deliberately hidden. The structure was so solid that they had to bring in heavy machinery to extract the remains.
The identification of the victim remains preliminary, pending official confirmation from the authorities. Meanwhile, the area beneath the viaduct remains secured, and the investigation continues to seek answers about how and who hid a body inside the city’s own infrastructure.
