A 30-year-old woman sought medical help for pain and progressive deformity in the nails of her hands and feet, a problem that started a year earlier in her right index finger and gradually spread to the rest.

Upon examination, doctors noticed reddened, scaly skin and partially destroyed nails, with no clear signs of infection. Although she tried antifungal cream like Miconazole and supplements, there was no improvement.

She eventually began treatment with an herbal medicine called TANGS twice a day. Over time, the pain decreased and her nails started to recover, achieving a full improvement after about three years.
