Every so often, the same phrase starts circulating again: that Kelly Brook supposedly has the “perfect body” according to science. And yes, the internet brings the topic back to life as if it were new news every time.
The idea comes from a study associated with the University of Texas about proportions considered attractive, which mentioned measurements close to 91-61-86 cm and a narrower waist in relation to the hips, something the researchers linked to signals of health and fertility.

That was when several media outlets started comparing those proportions with Kelly Brook’s measurements, said to be around 96-63-91 cm, and presented her as an example of the supposed “ideal”. And of course, since Kelly never fit the ultra-thin stereotype that dominated for years, the topic exploded even more.

Because for many, it was almost a kind of “revenge” against those impossible standards that said the perfect body had to be extremely thin. Kelly had curves, more pronounced hips, and a figure much closer to that of many real women.
And maybe that’s why the topic never really dies. Because every time it reappears, that same uncomfortable conversation comes back: we’ve spent years seeing one type of body as “the ideal”… and then this shows up to throw everything into disarray again.
