Adva Lavie, 27, a former Penthouse and Playboy model known as “Mia Ventura”, had a method she repeated for years: she appeared on dating apps, seduced older men with money, and once inside their homes, took everything she could.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, she operated this way between 2023 and 2025 in areas such as Malibu, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood. When they searched her apartment in May 2025, they found more than $200,000 in cash, gold coins and bars, a gun, and at least 40 allegedly stolen items of clothing. Host Michael Sartain said she even stole cards and cash from female guests during the recording of his podcast.
She now faces six felony charges and could spend more than 11 years in prison, but remains free with an ankle monitor. Authorities believe at least 10 men fell victim to her scheme — and they are still looking for more victims who have not come forward to report it.
