Lisa Ann spent decades in the adult industry, and with them, decades carrying the literal and financial weight of implants she one day decided to have removed. In March 2025, she underwent surgery. A year later, in March 2026, she shared on Instagram the photos that sum up that journey: the before, the day of the operation, and a mirror selfie with what she herself calls her “original parts”.
Just two months after the surgery, she had already said she felt “absolutely incredible”, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Now, with twelve months of perspective, she insists that she feels more mobile and pain-free. She also revealed that maintaining those implants for years cost her a fortune.
