Nearly two years later, in January 2026, prosecutors formally filed four charges: simple assault, simple battery, battery and criminal trespass, carrying a maximum sentence of one year in jail. But on August 22, according to TMZ, Alaia accepted a pretrial diversion agreement and has already paid the program fee.
