Alex Pereira’s loss to Ciryl Gane continues to spark controversy. After the fight, the Brazilian accused his rival of using illegal strikes during the bout.
“This guy has a long history of that. Dirty shots, punches to the back of the head. I told the referee before the fight and he did nothing. He’s not a man, he’s not fit for this kind of fight”.
