A violent incident was recorded on April 28, 2026, at Mount Tai in China, when dozens of tourists waiting to watch the sunrise ended up clashing over the best spots.

It all happened around 5 a.m. in the Nantianmen area, where the large number of visitors overwhelmed both the space and people’s patience.

According to witnesses, pushing and shouting quickly escalated into punches, with some even using selfie sticks, and at one point a person was pushed down a slope, falling onto others. Although no one was injured, authorities launched an investigation and acknowledged that overcrowding made the situation difficult to control.
