After Japan’s match against the Netherlands, hundreds of Japanese fans stayed behind after the game to help clean the stadium, an image that has become a recurring one.

The image that caught everyone’s attention was that of a Japanese fan who was in a wheelchair, which did not limit him from helping with the cleanup, picking up papers and cups from the floor.

The World Cup is a mix of cultures, and the Japanese always stand out for their respect and humility; we are already used to this image of them helping with the cleanup during several World Cups in different categories.
