Angola’s under-17 national team goalkeeper, Gelson Dala, was the standout player this Thursday in his team’s scoreless draw against Mali in the African Cup, winning the man of the match award.
But the post showing him receiving the award was filled with comments from fans mocking his appearance, implying that he did not match the age he claimed to be:
“He already has a wife and children, it’s a disgrace. He’s the grandfather of the match”, some of the fans said.
