Sheri Mitchell-Clutts, who was recovering at home after delicate open-heart surgery, was arrested in Russellville following the tragic death of her husband, Timothy Clutts.

She claimed she was “fed up” and under a lot of stress, and that she simply could not stand her husband asking her over and over again if she was hungry or needed anything.
