An Argentine fan stood in front of a group of Spanish supporters at the Miami Fan Fest and asked them, with his hand raised, to tone down the celebration. Spain had just become champions, and the party was, logically, all theirs.
The video went viral because of what many saw as a huge contradiction 🙃 Throughout the World Cup, a large part of the Argentine fan base taunted and provoked their rivals. But when the victory was on the other side, the demand was for “respect”.
