A security camera in Guangdong province captured a man setting an employee’s skirt on fire.
Unsuspecting, she was doing her work on the phone when she felt intense heat on her legs.
The situation upset her and made her run to put out the fire, while she could not understand how something like that could have happened. If it had not been for the skirt being denim, the fire could have spread faster.
The recording was key to finding the culprit.
Reviewing the cameras not only revealed the origin of the fire, but also the man’s sinister attitude. After committing the act, he stayed there watching as the employee could have suffered a serious accident.
And although the evidence is clear, the man was not arrested and did not receive a penalty either.
