The legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni finally reached a settlement… but both claim to have “won.”
Blake’s legal team celebrated the closing of the case as a “decisive victory,” stating that Baldoni and the others involved will now face personal accountability for, according to them, trying to silence and intimidate the actress after her allegations.
They also said the settlement puts an end to the idea that Blake had “made up” accusations of harassment and retaliation.
But the response from Justin’s side was quick to come. His lawyer said that, in reality, it was Blake who ended up withdrawing the remaining claims after the court dismissed 10 of the 13 original allegations, including all those related to harassment and defamation.
While both teams are declaring victory, social media is already divided: some believe Blake managed to make her side heard… while others insist that Justin came out stronger after the court’s decisions.
