Juliusz is 27 years old, is from Germany, and cannot see anything at all. 👀
He lost his sight due to a genetic disease called neurofibromatosis type 1, which caused tumors in his optic nerves. It was after going blind that he decided to tattoo his eyeballs black, split his tongue, and fill his head with metal implants beneath the skin.
Of all that, he regrets nothing… except one of those implants. It became so badly infected that pus built up around it, and the doctors had no choice but to operate to remove it. Even so, Juliusz still has no doubts about his tattoos: all he asks is that, before doing something like this, people thoroughly research the risks. 💉
