A video that has gone viral on social media is leaving thousands of people with the same question: how can a pool like this even exist?

The footage, originally recorded by Reallifecam, shows a young woman walking along the edge of a pool located on a second floor. Within seconds she loses her balance and, instead of falling into the water, ends up plunging to the first level, since the edge had no type of railing or protection.

The clip racked up millions of views and left many people shocked when they realized that the real danger was not the slip, but the design of the place.

On social media, numerous users questioned how an elevated pool could be built with an open edge, without a barrier to prevent a fall into the void.

Others, meanwhile, pointed out that the young woman also bore some responsibility for walking too close to the edge, although they acknowledged that anyone could suffer a similar accident in a space with those characteristics.

Beyond the fall, the video ended up sparking a discussion about the limits between modern architecture and safety, since many believe that a design like this represents an unnecessary risk for any visitor.

What began as a simple viral clip ended up turning into an intense debate about who is really responsible when an apparently luxurious place hides such an obvious danger.

What do you think? Was it the young woman’s fault, or should a pool on a second floor never be built without a protective barrier?
