It’s becoming increasingly difficult to tell whether we’re looking at Blue Ivy or Beyoncé in her early years.
As Blue Ivy grows up, comparisons to her mom have become more and more frequent. Photos of the two side by side often appear on social media, and many users agree that they not only share certain features, but also very similar expressions, looks, and even gestures.
Beyoncé herself was surprised years ago when she saw a comparison between a photo of herself at 7 years old and another of Blue at the same age. Even Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, has shared old images highlighting how much her daughter resembled her granddaughter.
Now that Blue is 14 years old and appearing in public more and more often, the resemblance is once again drawing attention. Many fans insist that she looks like a teenage version of Beyoncé, especially because of her gaze, hair, and the way she poses.
And the more she grows, the harder it becomes to deny the obvious: Blue Ivy inherited much more than her mom’s talent.
