Tia Billinger didn’t choose just any hospital.
At 27, the woman the world knows as Bonnie Blue gave birth to her first child by C-section at the Lindo Wing of St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London.

The same wing where Kate Middleton brought her three children into the world. The baby arrived, in her own words, “super healthy”, and she announced it the only way she knows how: unfiltered, sitting in the bathroom, eating toast and sharing the details of the birth in front of the camera.

She did not reveal the baby’s name or confirm its sex, although she left a clue: “And then there were 1.058.”, she wrote alongside a blue heart, meaning the 1057 men + her baby, a nod to her more media-heavy past, when as part of an “experiment” she had sex with more than 1,000 men.

A representative confirmed that the new mother is doing well. Before this real pregnancy, she had faked one as part of a campaign, but this time there was no setup: just a woman who, far from the spotlight of controversy, is beginning a completely new story.
