Bonnie and Tyler Cox learned during the 20-week ultrasound that their son would be born with a difference in all four limbs. Bryson came into the world in 2024 without the parts of his arms below the elbows or his legs below the knees.
When he was only a few months old, he began therapy and received his first leg prostheses. His parents decided not to rush into arm prostheses: Bryson learned to get around in his own way, and they want him, when he grows up, to also be able to decide which tools are useful to him.
Buying his first shoes was one of those small moments his family never forgot. And now, at 2 years old, Bryson has just reached another huge milestone: he began taking his first assisted steps with his prostheses. ❤️
