Bridger Walker, a 6-year-old from the United States, became a true hero after saving his 4-year-old sister from a dog attack. When he saw a German Shepherd running toward them, Bridger stepped in without hesitation to protect her.

“If someone had to die, I thought it should be me,” he later told his parents, after suffering a bite to his cheek that required two hours of surgery and 90 stitches.

His bravery moved celebrities like Anne Hathaway and Chris Evans, who even sent him an authentic Captain America shield and told him: “What you did was so brave, so selfless. Your sister is so lucky to have you as her big brother.”
Despite his serious injuries, Bridger asked that the dog not be put down, showing incredible compassion as well. What an amazing kid ❤️✨
