A tech entrepreneur decided to sell his company to change lives. Marcel LeBrun invested 4 million dollars of his own fortune to build 99 tiny houses in Fredericton, Canada, after learning that about 1800 people in his area had slept on the streets during the last year.

These homes are assembled in a warehouse and then installed on concrete foundations.

They have everything, even solar panels on the roof to save electricity! The creator of the “12 Neighbours” project says: “It’s how I can help make our city better”. His plan now includes its own café, so that the people living in this community can rebuild their lives.
