Cardi B set social media on fire again after showing on TikTok part of her new Chanel collection, with bags and shoes valued at more than $50,000. Among the pieces she showed were exclusive handbags, superhero-inspired boots, and a bag worth nearly $30,000 that, according to her, she still doesn’t know where she’s going to use.
The problem came at the end of the video, when the rapper joked that she “has no money” and that everything she showed was “an illusion”. The comment didn’t go over very well with several followers, who were quick to respond with phrases like: “Cardi, not now, I’m trying to pay my bills” and “if Cardi is broke, what am I?”. 👀
