Among the most talked-about names were Cristiano Ronaldo, who reportedly lost around 6.6 million followers, Kylie Jenner with more than 5 million, Ariana Grande with about 5.6 million, and Lionel Messi with nearly 4.8 million fewer followers. Stars like Kim Kardashian, Beyoncé, Shakira, and David Beckham were also affected.
The company explained that this is part of a routine process to remove inactive accounts and improve the authenticity of the platform.
