The chef of the China Queen restaurant in Louisiana was caught red-handed after a photo of him with his hands covered in blood in an alley went viral.

Police searched the place and found a dead deer in the freezer, next to customers’ food. The chef admitted that he picked up the roadkill animal on the highway at 10:00 a.m. to make soup. Although the restaurant swore it was for personal consumption, the law prohibits keeping roadkill animals because of the risk of bacteria. The reality is that this represents a total health hazard.

Along with this, it was discovered that the establishment already had a history with health inspectors.
