Elijah Blue Allman, son of Cher and Gregg Allman, stated in court documents that his mother stopped giving him monthly financial support.
Amid his legal conflict with his estranged wife, MarieAngela, Elijah requested a review of the order requiring him to pay her $6,500 a month, arguing that amount represents nearly all of his current net income.
The case comes as he faces personal problems, a recent arrest, and a psychiatric hospitalization.
