Apparently she was very angry.
Allegedly, the girl unintentionally pushed the old woman in line. And that was enough for this Karen to implode in such a way. Other theories, however, suggest the girl had tried to jump the line.
The girl would not let such an insult stand. She started throwing produce at the woman. They almost started throwing hands until workers intervened.
Karen got away with it.
After a long confrontation, the girl demanded the woman picked up everything she had thrown, but the employees were on the lady’s side, cleaning up the Karen’s mess for her while she continued her shopping as if nothing had happened.
