Some will say it’s cultural, others that it’s sexism, but the only certain thing is that something strange is happening in Japan.

A clip is circulating on X in which two girls are harassed by fans who are only looking to take photos up their skirts.

It appears to be a cosplay event, a hobby in which attendees dress up as their favorite video game, Japanese animation, or movie characters.
The two women, apparently, were not part of the event, but rather two models looking to attract customers and bring them to their content platforms.

For that reason, they gave photographers consent to take the images from the most perverse angles.
But how far does the morality of the fans go?

The debate in the comments was heated, since not only were the girls questioned, but also the men who did not hesitate when it came time to take the snapshots.

This is not the first time that this type of behavior has been seen at cosplay events in Japan, showing that something strange has been going on in the country for a long time.
