A video shared on social media showed a couple entering a supermarket’s meat freezers to try to escape the extreme heat in the United States. The images drew attention because both are seen lying on refrigerated packages inside the food area.
Some users took the scene humorously, interpreting it as an exaggerated reaction to the high temperatures. Others, however, questioned the behavior for reasons of hygiene, product preservation, and respect for a space intended for food that someone else might later buy.
Seeing the couple inside the freezer was enough for the discussion to shift from jokes to annoyance.
