Key Biscayne, in Miami, was the scene of an incident that many drivers will recognize instantly. A man behind the wheel of a Mini Cooper was driving behind a group of cyclists and, apparently, waiting a few more seconds was not in his plans.
The images show how the driver loses patience and decides to create his own lane. To get past the group, he drove up onto the sidewalk and crossed a grassy area, all so he could continue on his way without slowing down.
The video went viral because it captures a feeling many people know well: getting stuck behind someone slower. The difference is that most people just sigh. This driver decided to turn his impatience into an alternate route.
