Citizen Richard Mejía Gómez was in the access area to the courtrooms waiting for the start of legal proceedings against him when he lost control of his behavior.
Before the eyes of security officers and citizens present, the man relieved himself in the public area and then proceeded to cover his face and body with his own organic waste. This behavior caused great bewilderment and forced the authorities to intervene immediately to restore order.
