Tupac Shakur was shot and killed in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. He was 25 years old.

Today, almost 30 years later, the only person formally charged is Duane ‘Keffe D’ Davis, 63, who is on trial for that crime and has pleaded not guilty. But another name also echoed in the courtroom: former police officer Daryn Dupree, whose testimony revived the old theory that Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs may have paid up to one million dollars to attack Tupac and Suge Knight.

Diddy has not been charged and is not listed as a witness, according to his lawyers. But Tupac’s family has already hired a lawyer to investigate that possible connection, and now outlets such as The Telegraph say that the trial against Davis could pave the way for a new investigation against him. 🎤
