His owners, a family from Sanford, Florida, were not home when they let an air-conditioning technician in to inspect the system. Everything seemed routine until their Furbo camera sent them a motion alert. When they reviewed the recording, they saw 43-year-old Richardson Noel kicking the small Chihuahua with such force that the blow knocked him unconscious. Then came a seizure that lasted long seconds in front of the camera.
The most disturbing part came afterward: in the video, Noel can be seen using his own foot to push Boomer’s motionless body, as if checking whether he was still alive. 😔
The company ELDante HVAC Services fired Noel and admitted in a statement that he himself had acknowledged having “mostly negative” experiences with dogs. Even so, they described his conduct as “absolutely unacceptable”. Sanford police charged him with aggravated animal cruelty, and his police chief was unequivocal: someone who was trusted violated that trust to hurt a defenseless animal.
