A group of doctors was completely baffled after finding an intact fly inside a patient’s intestine during a routine colonoscopy. 😳
The unusual case occurred in Missouri and was even more surprising because the 63-year-old man showed no strange symptoms and did not remember having ingested any insect.
According to the report published in a scientific journal, the fly appeared completely intact in the transverse colon, something the specialists described as a true medical “mystery”.
