A man publicly reported having been threatened after trying to confront an alleged fraud of more than 5,000 dollars related to a construction job. According to his account, he went to the site intending to have a calm conversation with Tyler, a contractor whom he accuses of having received money from a small business to repair supposed damage to concrete, something that —he says— was never necessary and was never done.

The story dates back to an incident that occurred a year earlier, when company employees allegedly accidentally struck a gas line, prompting a precautionary evacuation. Tyler, who was doing concrete work at the site, claimed that the situation affected the curing of the material and demanded a significant sum of money for repairs. The company decided to pay to avoid conflict, but as time passed, the concrete remained intact and, according to the complainant, no repairs were ever made.

Everything escalated when the man returned to ask Tyler what had happened to the money. He claims that, after mentioning that it could be a case of fraud, Tyler reacted angrily and called his father-in-law, identified as Dennis Tissington, who allegedly arrived at the scene armed with a baton to intimidate him. The complainant maintains that he never threatened or insulted anyone and insists that he was only seeking answers about the money that had been handed over. Here is the video of what happened:
